At Jewelry by Sparkman, every piece is handled with precision, care, and discretion. We want your experience to reflect the same level of excellence as our craftsmanship — from the moment you place your order to the moment your jewelry arrives.

Processing Time

Each order is individually reviewed and prepared by our team to ensure quality and authenticity.

  • Ready-to-Wear Jewelry: Ships within 3–5 business days of order confirmation.

  • Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces: Typically require 3 months for production before shipping, depending on design complexity.

  • You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped, including tracking details.

Please note: production and delivery times may extend during holidays or peak seasons.

 

A Shipping Policy is a good practice and it helps both sides - you and your customers. Your customers may benefit from being informed about what they can expect from your service. You may benefit because people may be likely to shop with you if you have a clear Shipping Policy in place since there won't be any questions about your shipping timeframes or processes.

Shipping Methods

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your jewelry arrives safely and securely.

  • Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

    • Complimentary insured standard shipping on all orders over $500.

    • Expedited options (2-day or overnight) available at checkout for an additional fee.

  • International Shipping:

    • Available to select countries. Rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

    • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by their destination country.

      Once your piece has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier link.
      Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after dispatch.

       

    • All shipments are fully insured until they reach your destination.
      To protect your purchase, a signature is required upon delivery for all orders over $1,000.

    • If you wish to waive the signature requirement, please contact us prior to shipment — however, Jewelry by Sparkman cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

       

    • If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date.
      We will coordinate with the carrier to initiate an investigation and, when applicable, issue a replacement or repair.

    • Please email info@jewelrybysparkman.com with your order number, tracking details, and photos (if applicable)so we can resolve the issue promptly.

      Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.
      We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
