At Jewelry by Sparkman, every piece is made with precision, intention, and the highest level of craftsmanship. Because our creations are often custom-made and designed to order, we kindly ask that you review our policy below before finalizing your purchase.
Custom Made to Order Pieces
All custom, personalized, or made-to-order jewelry is non-refundable. Each design is crafted specifically for you, and once production has begun, cancellations or changes cannot be accommodated. However, we want you to love your piece. If you experience any concerns upon receiving your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Our team will review your case and, when possible, offer repair, resizing, or store credit options.
Additonal Refund Policy
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your piece requires a repair or adjustment, please reach out to info@jewelrybysparkman.com with detailed photos and your order number. Our team will assess the best solution, which may include complimentary repair or a quote for service, depending on the situation.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue with a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
